Personally, I do not use this app. But I understand it's hit or miss. You have to clear cache often on ola, ludio and kshaw. Also, refresh the servers with the button in the upper right. Reportedly e-19 is working the best. I further saw that Bokada needs to be uninstalled for it to work. I don't know if that's relevant to your issue. Again, I do not use Ola, this information is second-hand.
