ahh! I get that one on my firestick by pressing escape/back and then left click when preview screen appears and left again.

the exit is not there anymore in the current version. In the main menu,the one in your first picture go to appearance/menu scroll down to hidden icons and turn on exit. Exit will now appear in the settings menu along bottom of the screen
