Looking for IPTV Smarters for Windows PC ver 2.4 (not 3.0)

I am desperately searching for IPTV Smarters for Windows PC ver 2.4. I don't like the new version 3. If anybody can't send me a verified link I would be most grateful.

Thank you so very much! For some reason version 3 doesn't seem to work right on my PC. It opens in full screen and doesn't preset any way to resize the screen. Version 2.4 works great and fulfills my needs. Have a great holiday.

Go to %appdata% and delete the smarters folders and try again
