Login issue following 401 error

I am having an issue logging into Tivimate through my Firestick. I subscribed to premium and everything was working fine but then I got an Error 401 message and tried reinstalling the app but when I reinstalled it won't accept my login details even after a few password resets.

Any help would be much appreciated.

You need to download the TiviMate Companion app on an Android phone or tablet:

The companion app for TiviMate IPTV player. It is not IPTV player!

Sign in with your TiviMate premium credentials. Find that Firestick in your list of devices and remove it. Then try unlocking premium again on your Firestick to add that device back again.
