Lifetime update

I just updated my subscription to lifetime ( I like the app) I got a confirmation message on my tv screen via my internet provider BUT the premium feature have not kicked in. Is there something I shoud be doing? Is there a delay before they kick in?
 
i think the trial period has to run its course and expire first.
 
It's not that. I had a 1 yr subscription which ran out today so I paid for lifetime.
ahh ok. hmm any chance that the same thing applies? ie one subscription must expire before new status?, if it expires today maybe it will be liftime tomorrow!
 
My subscription expired then I renewed. I tried again today and premium is still blocked. If I click on unlock premium it asks me to pay again.
 
you could try clearing the devices cache as well as tivimate, ive seen that suggested but after that you sjould contact the developer at the email supplied at google plsy
