Unable to log into the iptv smarters player app on Samsung TV. Get Failed to Authorize message when clicking add user. My credentials and m3u file appear correct? Looks like people online having same issue too. Have you seen this issue? If can’t be used, I will pay for Duplex IPTV, unless you can suggest another iptv player.

Error - failed to authorize
If you are trying to use our Smart TV app for LG or Samsung and getting this error: failed to authorize that means your Portal URL ( DNS ) that you are entering is not registered with us.
You’re provider isn’t registered with them for you to be able to use that app.
