IPTV channel creation

Hello everyone,
I would like to know if someone out there knows how to create an IPTV channel? I would like to take an IP camera output and create an IPTV channel from it.
any suggestions appreciated.

iptv camera is simple
if you have a camera that is transmiting to the web then use its link to share

some of the new iptv cameras come with its own name and ip address link simple and all ready

so the question is

which ip camera do you have?

I have tried that using the main and sub streams from the camera. I use NextPVR and it seems to not recognize it. Isn't the software package FFMPEG somehow used in creating streams?
