I was wondering if I get the two accounts but do they have to run at same home as was going to get the 4accounts and give one to my son.

Generally speaking, accounts are not IP-centric, so if you have an account with two connections, each of the two connections can be used in different locations by different users.

Yes. Pro has no IP lock with their service.
