How to access VODS on SIPTV

I apologize if this is a silly question. I just got PDSLIVE and am using SIPTV - I can access Live TV and the TV Guide. However it will not let me login to VODS section. Does PDSLIVE not support Video on Demand?

I'm new here so I'm yeah.... a little confused.
