If you have anti-virus protection on your PC..it should have scanned the file and alerted you if it found any malware or such before you installed it. Always download files from a reputable source. If it’s already installed..you can still have your anti virus software scan your system to look for malicious files and malware..just to be sure. Most software can quarantine malicious files/ransomware/malware and then you can remove them. If none are found..you can then have reassurance that your system is safe.
