i paid my subscr bill but have not received no access info back
i 'm guessing its a brand new subscription from a provider? and that you checked your spam email folder?
 
checked my spam folder no access e mail there...what can i do next
you can go to the provider's website and log in go to the support page and submit what is called a 'ticket' explain whats going on supply a copy of the payment and wit for a response. Click my name an start a conversation i'm curious who your provider is and when you paid.
