havnt seen that one mentioned on any forums here, I suggest contacting them thru email support.
If theyre your only provider, nows a good time to find another/backup provider. Theres plenty here.

I think they're gone...?
their url doesn't work anymore. Neither does any of the other services they offer

Tried the emails, opened about 4 tickets and nothing but the payment went through and I'd rather keep them because they offered 4 connects @16 with huge 24/7 channels (thats what im hooked on) but if theres another provider to offer hugh 24/7 I sure would like to know, thanks.
 
Update on my situation..... Geministreamz( if anyone having issues) they changed servers and not sure to post here so if anyone request it I can PM u. All service for Geministreamz are working fine with new server.
