Avoid buffering by making sure the following

Don't use WiFi if possible and use cable
If you use cable
Then use cat 6 cable only. Nothing less or more

If you have to use WiFi. Make sure you are using WiFi 5g

Wireless extenders are bad try to use power line instead

If you use wireless extenders then make sure you use 5g wireless extenders only.

Wireless 5 g sometime comes In routers as mixed with 2g. Try to split it from the mix and make only 5g captured by your device

I got my Firestick hardwired.
