Hi everybody . I just added a new device to my tivimate account and tried to restore the backup file from my previous device which contains several custom groups that I'd created .
As a result , in my new device all settings are correctly restored except favorites which is empty now and also none of my custom groups are restored !
Any idea would be appreciated
