error fix?

starting this morn to get error 403 ( no permission?) how do I check this out and correct?
I have 2 firesticks, it works on one of them- the other not, but it was updated with new version this morning.
Don't know is Nividia shield updated or if the update is the problem

unplug your modem (if there is a battery in it remove it) for 15 minutes as well as your devices. plug the modem back and after its started up plug in your devices and clear their caches.
