Error code 403, No response from support

Hello, i was watching tv and then all of the sudden i recieved the error 403 code. My account is paid and no response from ticket i put in yesterday. Please help.

Apparently they have not been answering tickets since December. Nobody seems to know what is happening.
 
Wow they used to respond quickly. Iv had this service since 2019 but was with them when they were playersclub
