Error 403

Offline
I'm looking for advice/suggestions. Sometime last Saturday, I lost all channels, and get nothing but an "error 403" code. If I clear cache and reboot, the channel it was last on will sometimes play, but if I change channels it throws the code again. I've tried it with and without VPN with no success. I should mention it is on a 4k firestick and a firetv cube. I use Tivimate, but have tried all the other recommended services to no avail. Some say invalid credentials, others say it can't connect to the server. I have opened 2 tickets, but haven't gotten a response.
My subscription is current. Not sure it's an internet issue - I have the service on my iPad, and it's working fine. I brought another firestick home that was working fine at another location (different internet provider) and it's throwing the 403 code, too. Sorry for the long post, but I'm stumped. Hoping I'm missing something obvious.
Thanks for any help.

Error 403 usually means the server is blocking your device or account, not a simple app or internet issue. Most likely causes are a device or MAC ban, connection limits, or an updated playlist, so you should contact your provider to reset or verify your access.

A 403 error usually means the server is blocking access rather than a simple app issue. Since it works on your iPad but not on Firestick devices, it could be related to device authorization, IP restrictions, or how the app identifies the device. You might want to try reinstalling the app completely, logging out/in again, and ensuring your provider doesn’t limit connections by device type or number of streams. Also double-check if your ISP or DNS is being blocked-switching to a different DNS (like Google or Cloudflare) can sometimes help. If the issue persists across multiple Firesticks, it’s likely on the provider’s end, so you may need to wait for their support to respond.
