Yesterday I was watching and suddenly I got the error code 401, I have restart and reboot the router, and reinstall the tivimate app, still it doesn’t work. I use the url code to access and I wounded if someone can solve this problem.

Check with your IPTV provider. Your account might be expired or they may have changed their server url.
