EPG no longer working

I love Tivimate but since the last update to my Fire Cube I no longer get any program listingss
Tivimate is noe useless.
Have had periodic iissues in the past but resolved themselfs in a matter of hours. This outage on liisting
has been two days now and has rendered Tivimate unusable

Any onr else with this issue

If you are seeing no EPG, try clearing cache..then updating the EPG again.
Make sure you are using the latest version of TiviMate 3.4
Contact your provider as they may be having issues with the EPG.
I also have a Cube that has updated and my EPG is still populating. So I don’t believe this is because of the recent updates.
 
I went through all the trouble shooting steps with no successs
The strange thing is I have two Tivimate installs
The only one with EPG not loading is o the Fire Cube. My Android install is working fine
My problem is that the Fire Cube is on our main entertanment system

I have tried to log in for about 10 days on my cube .Try later message every time

Have you tried restarting your Cube and router both?
Are you using the latest version? 3.4
Are you using a VPN? If so..turn it off.
