down ?

i need help my account all of sudden says expired i just paid invoice..
Click on your invoices and you should see all of the invoices you paid. Submit a ticket if it shows you paid for a month they are saying you need to pay, show them what you paid with too. Check your emails too, I have copies of all the invoices I paid.
 
when you guys say it was down.,. was it the epg or the live tv as well.
only asking because if it epg, there is always replacement EPG services that you can use for free or paid and it will be better then keep asking
