Does the Xbox One app support lossless audio and 24 fps?

I’m using the kodi app with the plex add on and I’m wondering if the Xbox app supports lossless audio as my file that is a dts-hd master audio shows up as regular dts on the plex add on. I’m also wondering about 24 fps support since this file also is in 24 fps.
