It shouldn't be, no. Don't install over your old version. Clear data and uninstall. Use a file explorer utility to find and remove any remnants of the old versions of the app. Then do a fresh install.

This was my first install. Tryed with VPN on and off no change.
Installed on Samsung Pad and Fire Cube same result no video
Tryed switching decoders no luck

TBH, you should be getting some links on some movies or shows. Attached is a snapshot of how at least some settings should be.
I'm assuming you do not have a Real Debrid account, which in part accounts for not seeing any volume of links but you should still be getting some free links I would think. So start by going over the settings again. I am also assuming you have a new legitimate copy of the app.
