Constant Buffering

My service is buffering nonstop on live TV, and the 24/7 channels continue to do the loop back a few seconds every minute or so. Is there a new URL? What is the best player to use and the version? I've been with these guys since the Players Klub, but things have been going downhill. No help from support and concern about protection when paying the bill. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
I was thinking it must be my end, but it seems not to be the case. They always make you think it is your problem, and not theirs.
