had tivimate premium on 5 devices for a year. I could't remember when it would expire and it did. I signed back up and paid for the lifetime of tivimate premium. I put it on my living room tv and then went to put it on my daughters tv and it said I had the wrong username/password. I KNOW I was using the correct username/password because I JUST did it on the other tv. Is there anything else I can do or should have done to get tivimate on my other devices? When we hit unlock premium it tells me to put my username/password in and again, I KNOW I have the correct username/password.
