Connect Shield remote on Kodi PC

Hi, I want to use shield remote on my Kodi PC, how can I add or connect it? Remember I don't have Bluetooth device on my PC. Interesting. That would be cool because. I have Nvidia controller.
But I think we need Bluetooth receiver. Have to admit. Outside the realm that I investigated before.
