Channel list problems

Hello, i recently got problems with my channel list. The EPG gets downloaded but the information is not shown in the list.. just a messsage "no information" after each channel number. This was working fine until June this year.

Contact your IPTV provider about the EPG. It’s a provider issue..not a TiviMate issue.
 
As i told in my post,,,, the EPG gets downloaded from the provider, that is easy to see.... but the information is not shown in the channel list.
