Cc subtitles

Hi I have just installed tivimate.
but why can’t I choose closed caption,
I can see the subtitles is there but they are greyed out so I can’t choose them.
but if I see the same movie in Vic there is no problem to get the subtitles to show

While viewing say a movie, long press 'ok, and scroll along the bottom to cc, click and you should see it with a bullet on 'off' and there's a selection for 'closed captions 1'. Select that. Depending on your device you should also be able to enhance/change the size which defaults to fairly large on TiviMate.
