Cant log in

I've got the mesage. can't log in try later. What can i do? i tried also to reset pasword. Dont work also
If you are using a VPN..turn it OFF before trying to login to premium.
Try deleting the TiviMate app..reboot your device..download TiviMate again..grant it’s permissions..and try logging in again.
You didn’t say what device you are using or where you purchased your subscription.
