Yes, make sure you look in tivimate settings in 'about' and use the exact account email address shown for account.

Is that on your computer or phone or tablet as I mentioned before? Perhaps try installing tivimate companion NOT on your TV and sign into it with same Google account and have a look at subscriptions

I think you might have to install tivimate first and then pay for it through the app it self. It does say in app purchase. I think you get 5 days free to test it out but all the functions are not available until you buy it.

I installed it on tv, I use it few months and now I want to buy it
