Best VPN as per user reviews

Hi , read this report and several others . I've had IPVanish for 6 months or so ... I'm on a monthly deal and want to take advantage of a yearly deal . I would like some personal opinions about if I should change to a yearly deal with IPV or try Ivacy or another service . Imo and limited experience ... If the logs can be subpoenaed in a court case , there is little benefit to a VPN . Thanks for any input 👍

I have been with them for 8 year's and my safety on web has been tested and I couldn't b happy with the speed of no buffering and quality of service
