app not installed message

Hello everyone, I tried researching the threads first but did not find anything close to my situation. I recently upgraded to premium service and was unable to update the app from 4.7 to the new version. When I tried, I received an "app not installed" message. I thought it may be the app itself, so I uninstalled it. Now I can't get it back. Every time I try to install it back on my firestick (4K Max), I get the same "app not installed" message. I have tried to install the same version I had before trying to update with no results. Any insight to what I can do to get it back would be appreciated. Thank you.

I would try these steps if you have not already.

• Uninstall any TiVimate app's installed
• Update the Firestick
  • Open your Fire TV Stick and select Settings. Then, select My Fire TV
  • Scroll to About and select Check for Updates
  • If update is available select Install Update
  • After install Reboot Firestick
• Reinstall TiVimate

If that does not work I would do a factory reset. Note: This will uninstall all apps

• Open your Fire TV Stick and select Settings. Then, select My Fire TV
• Scroll down and select Reset to Factory Defaults
