TiviMate is just a player. You need to contact your IPTV provider to request channels.

TiviMate is just a player. You have to add a M3U to use a free tv playlist. Is this what you did? Is this where you are getting your channels from?

You need to subscribe to an IPTV service to get more paid channels. We have quite a few available on our forum:

There is a monthly charge when using a paid IPTV subscription. They will send you details to add their playlist into TiviMate once you subscribe.
