I'm no longer able to log into my service. When I try I get a “no response from server”

I've opened several tickets but not getting any response. Any thoughts on this?

That site can be hit/miss when logging in and paying. I just logged in immediately, but on the 25th, it probably took me 20-30 minutes to pay my bill.
