Hey there. I'd like to check out Sapphire. How can get access? Currently I'm with Aurora but I'd like to see what other services look like

Today when I got home from work I turned on my TV. Using Smarters I went to the series area and it said there are no series. Restarted my Shield. Deleted then reloaded Smarters to no avail. Am I the only one having this issue? Live TV and movies work fine
