Yes it is but I paid my bill thru PDSLIVE site so I opened a ticket so see what my next steps are…my service is also working again with new username and password but my login info is the same

So I got into the pdslive website and managed to pay. I’m have new username and password but my account info doesn’t s intact. Also took a CC payment. Hope that helps those still with issues

So I get an email today saying first notice of unpaid invoice… go here….so I do and the site is still not working…that’s the frustrating part… don’t send me an overdue notice for f I can’t go and pay it

Just about done with this service. Been with it since players klub days. Billing portal still down. If anyone’s knows how I can still pay without using bitcoin would be greatly appreciated, otherwise I’m done

So it appears the admins were giving me the wrong info. I tried the mains.vip with the portal and it loaded right away. Others with issues should try this also

When i opened a ticket the response I got gave me a url without the :2086. A so I can’t reload the playlist in tivimate and no one will give me a reason why. Plus my billing and expiration dates are all different. Right now I think it’s a hot mess all around.

Mine says it expires 3/3…yet my next bill isn’t due till 4/1

Tried the m3u route and still got an error so guess I’ll wait and try again tomorrow

Why is there a new url….what happened to the old one

So I opened a ticket got a response almost immediately. Said my account is active with all login info. Problem is I can’t reload the playlist info because I get an error every time I try. Plus it’s giving me a different url than what was used before. Any help would be appreciated

i use tivimate and the playlist won’t update….anyone else having this issue

Never mind I see a payment was made for me in my bank statement

Ok did I just get a free month?….logged in fine and saw my next payment is due April 1.

Glad the service is back however website is not and payment is due 3/1. Will my service get cancelled if I can’t make the payment on time?
