For me at least it seems things are up and running again. Both the original url as well as the one that was PMed are both active and working for me. The PDSLIVE website however has been down for me since I submitted the ticket and got an auto response.
Anyone who is needing the new url..just to let you know the first one is back up and running. Don't know if the one being sent is still up but the original is back up.
I don't know if it's just a coincidence but at least in my case it seems this only happens on or literally right after I paid my invoice for the month.
I'm back up. It seems though that as soon as I submitted a ticket and they auto responded that now I can't access the billing portal and now it is down. I have 2 separate accounts and both portals are down.
