I can't get the website hiddenserv to load now. Any other way to pay?

Continue to wait.. or create a new account at the pdslive link. It will cost a tiny bit more but at least you will have service.

That's been coming and going.

I created an account and paid for a new service at the pdslive portal. I put in a ticket about billingsystems and overnight I got this response... "our owners are hoping and shooting to have that portal and also supermega.vision back online linked to the new server today.. so sorry for the delay"

Check your spam folder. That's where mine ended up.

Billingsystems payment portal has been down over a week now.. no updates.. nothing... I understand things go wrong but at least update your customers! This is crazy!

One of them came online... I'm still without service. Apparently they have multiple payment websites. I use billingsystems which has been down over a week now.

The pdslive one? No.. I don't have an account under that one. Crystal told me I'd have to wait till billingsystems came up.

I've been using billingsystems for a long time but now I see a post about making payments at pdslive. My bill sends me to billingsystems. I tried going to the other one but I don't have an account apparently. Frustrating
