I have put in three trouble tickets in the last two days. All that I get their automated - general announcment. When I reply to their general announcement I get nothing. It doesn't look like anyone at Gamers is actually reading the tickets.
Any ideas on how to get through?
How likely is it that the service will simply be restored without the users needing to do anything? Something like this happened a few years ago when the VOD and Series categories were dropped. I seem to remember that the service was out for most of a week on that occasion.

Last year I switched from Mintpanel (TPK) to Gmasterpanel (GameMaster). I've now loaded XCIPTV and have it running, but I don't know how to make payments or submit tickets. My current subscription expires next week. What do I need to do?
