can someone please tell me how to pay my invoice - the link within email doesn't work of course and no idea how to pay

thank you for the DM - do we now just get tv channels or did I do something wrong - no more series, movies etc :-( :-( if yes, very disappointing using tivi. Assuming we will just get invoices as normal.

new poster so hope am doing this right. Also unable to get into Gmaster - app opens on fire stick but no channels, just keeps churning, web site down for support - is there a new download, access route? thanks in advance. - Please note I am a non technical person - downloader is my saviour.
