I've been down for 6 days and I've put in 5 tickets and no response at all. I'm paid up till February on 3 month deal. I hear everyone's frustration. It is frustrating as well. It's a great deal but when it works. Anyone know what's going on with PDS and is there an alternative. Thanks.
Thanks for the update. I've sent 3 emails in one ticket. It's obvious a billing issue changing over from Gamers to PDS Live and although I paid for 3 months the system still thinks it's month to month which it's never been. Crazy how something so minor can take this long to be remedied. Oh well.
I'm locked out to. Says account expired so I restarted connection. and now my username and password do not work. Did they do a reset of servers or something?
I'm going through the same thing. Haven't heard back in a week. Just posted another ticket on SuperMegaVisions site. I'm active and both my players say I have the wrong login credentials. Guess I have to wait as well.
