Portuguese channels are off for a couple of days already, I have open a new ticket but no answer from them. just got an email with new invoice for the month.
I’ve already paid my invoice and opened two tickets for assistance, but I haven’t received any response. Instead, I received another invoice, and now the system indicates that I owe two invoices. I’m at a loss for what else to do.
is anyone know how can I change my email address , my credentials seems to to be working and when I check forget password and never get the email to exchange it. thanks
i was able to refresh the list, but when insert my email and login to paid for my subscription it gives error "Login Details Incorrect. Please try again"
