Assuming issues will not help us, please be positive. We like the service. It's hard to let it go easy. They developed a new services and new portel they are working on EPG they fixed a lot of channels errors. I don't think they are terminating users I think we are in a middle of hard stage we...

What is the response time for a ticket then the *bump* action.?

Is service down now Edit : open a ticket BOT updated me with the new url, found my ip is blocking the connection. I did my maintenance & everything is perfect now. Happy streaming

Replay to tickets replay to mail if you are on gmasterpanel you can get charged for your bill as mentioned before

I think they added bumblebeetv before they are gone
