Streams lock up after 30 minutes

I've been using PDSLive for a while now and whatever stream I watch locks up around 30 minutes or so if the channel has not been changed. If I switch channels and go back to the 1st channel it will play for a while and lock up again.
Is there a timeout counter in the settings, is this done on the server end to save bandwidth or is there something I can change to keep the stream going?

I am using a VPN and it's hardwired, my brother also uses PDSlive and his does the same thing.
I'm going to signup for some trials of other services and see if they freeze up.

1- Which VPN are you using ?
For your information surfshark is good for IPTV

2- you said hard wired.
I assume it's a good cat 6 cable. Or can you check which cat number is the cable please

I'm using AdGuard VPN and it does it with the VPN on or off. The cable is cat5 and once it freezes it never starts back up on its own I have to manually switch the stream. It does it in all boxes I have it installed on either wireless or wired.
 
I don't think this VPN is IPTV VPN
You might want to search that
You need IPTV VPN not just a generic one that can't handle IPTV speed

Try using the following VPN
They give 30 days cash back

Surfshark VPN
VPN settings should
Open VPN TCP
If you are using VPN such as surfshark in normal VPN mode and still issues
Then turn on multihop in surfshark

And don't be afraid to change towns or country in VPN location. Just start with local country to you first
