Man, sorry to hear that. Did you submit a ticket? Are you not able to access any content? Did you click on the site to see your actual expiration date on there?
Is it only on tivimate? You might need to put in a support ticket to have the refresh your account. I know this happens a lot with other folks and they had to do that also.
