my account is saying paid and active on the site but expired when I try to log in to my service on the tv. Are they just moving slow to turn my service back on?

does anyone have Google Fiber and if so are you having problems logging in? I've had it for 6 years with no problem on my IPTV and then starting today I couldn't log in anymore.
