I found the answer thanks to @rsantac142 . It worked for me turning off my WIFI. Here is his suggestion.
Try on a different browser with vpn, or try with cellphone data not wi-fi!.
Or summit help ticket ,probably you have to summit 2 or more ticket till you get an answer probably they're still...
@rsantac142 I already tried using a different browser with no luck. I took your suggestion of turning off my WIFI and BOOM!!! That did the trick and I was able to pay.

My channels are hit or miss. My bill is due on the 14th of February. I never received a statement this month..I tried going to the portal to pay and the name has changed. It doesn't recognize my email and I've been with them 5 years. I can't contact customer support without logging in.
My service is still down. I've entered my proper credentials, service is paid up through February 14th. My brother in law lives 5 miles away and his service never went down. I'll try contacting and hopefully they can do a reset on my account.
Mine is down as well. I put a ticket in. I uninstalled on 4 devices and reinstalled and still not working. I think the people that currently have service working were probably connected at the time the issue started and they weren't affected. Just a hunch
My existing URL works for TiviMate, however, the tv guide disappears every few days. Purple TV will not load anymore. I get a JSON null message.

I figured out the problem
My cube was logged into a different address than the other devices. Gamers gives you 2 addresses. 1 is no longer working. The working link to enter is

This corrected everything
