I figured it out. It was an old playlist from another service that wasn't updating. I've removed it since it is obsolete.

My service is working, but it fails to update the playlist. I've only noticed that when they've introduced a new server. Last time, the playlist on the old server continued to work, but when I updated on the new server, plenty of new channels were added. Does anyone know if there is a new server?
