For a few weeks when watching my program skips back 10-15 seconds and then replays Happens several times per hour Seems worse when watching 24-7 shows I’m using IM player for playback Any ideas for fixing this?

Anyone have issues while watching and the show backs up about 5-10 seconds and replays from there? Doesn’t happen all the time but at least a few days a week

My service is working and I use the billing system portal but my friends service has not worked for days and she uses the super mega portal, she entered a ticket yesterday morning and still hasn’t gotten a response Any idea for her?

I finally got signed into the portal to pay my invoice but can’t login to xciptv or siptv Any help would be appreciated

My payment is due 3/1 and I can’t get logged in to pay and as of 7:50 pm eastern standard time on 2/28 my service won’t even let me log in. Any suggestions??
