My service is working and I use the billing system portal but my friends service has not worked for days and she uses the super mega portal, she entered a ticket yesterday morning and still hasn’t gotten a response
Any idea for her?
My payment is due 3/1 and I can’t get logged in to pay and as of 7:50 pm eastern standard time on 2/28 my service won’t even let me log in. Any suggestions??
