First of all if everyone would stop putting in multiple tickets and realize that they have very few people working on very many tickets it would reduce the response time greatly. Secondly there are literally hundreds of alternatives. I don't believe it is the scope of this form to publish them...
He's been a member for quite some time. He was being billed through the same portal as me. I'm not sure how he ended up quartly but it was the same service for sure. Maybe it was a grandfathered option 🤔. Either way his service is still down with no response to his tickets.

Keep the :2086 and try clearing the app cache and or restarting the device. Not sure if it will work but mine came back without sound and a reboot did the trick.

Just edit and refresh in tvmate settings or add a new playlist using all the same info but make sure to include, :2086 to the end of whatever url you normally use
