Use another App like i did because they don't know how to provide the App properly and make it available for several devices.. i waited now over a month and they fixed nothing for the Fire Stick Version everytime for them work but not for me.

not usable on old fire stick with not 4k too bad.. i already write to developer he sended a fix too Husham but no chance if i open the app after installation it kicks me immediately out

You need to format the USB Stick to EXFAT before you paste neccessary Files on it, if you not do this it'll not read the Stick properly on the Samsung.
